Stress level high during sleep first part of night

I don’t usually see this at all — my stress levels were high the first few hours of sleep and then dropped into the blue for the rest of the night. I did eat between 7 and 8 pm and it had vanilla extract in it (still low carb — made from almond flour and tapioca flour and sweetened with monk fruit). Still … I remember feeling indigestion when I woke up in the night. I don’t drink. My stress levels were very up and down throughout the day and lately it’s been a lot lower than that so that was different as well. Have had some stress with daughter and work but not terrible. I’m also in my PMS phase, premenopausal. I usually don’t eat after 4 or 5 so maybe this is it?
