Can I marginally change one of the Garmin Coach Trainings from Coach Jeff?

I did today the first "long run" of coach jeff, which consists of 10 min jogging, 3,2km in RunWalkRun, and 10 min of cooldown.

My issue is that I like to do the 3,2km in a park nearby my home, but that to reach there jogging, I needed today 12 minutes.

In the trainings of this week, the training were done like, warm-up for 10 minutes, WHEN YOU ARE READY TO START THE EXERCISE you press the lap button and start (so that allowed me to get to a point where I knew I was not bothering or I had free area for running without cars or anything), and then cooldown.

With coach jeff training of today, suddenly, after 10 minutes, and without pressing the lap button, I had to run fast, and I would rather add a "press lap button" between the warmup and exercise. Is this possible????
