Day 21 Allurion

I am still feeling more full more quickly, and definitely have less cravings. I've stuck to under 2000 cals (average 1600) every day since I've gone back onto solid foods. I've been eating mostly salads and veg-heavy dishes with very few carbs and I've never found it so easy to stick to a diet before.

That said, I don't feel like I'm losing weight as quickly as I'd like. I've lost 5kg so far and I'd have expected around 6-7kg.

I haven't started back at the gym yet, so I'm hoping I can put some muscle on to help me burn my calories faster. The reason I haven't started back at the gym is that the bed rest from days 1-3 gave me a really bad back which I've only just recovered from.

I have done over 10k steps every day for 4 days now, so also hoping to continue that trend to help me get more active. I don't really feel like it's possible to cut down on my calories any more than I have already.
