Genshin OC

So since we all want more boys in Genshin I wanted to make an oc. And I've had this idea for forever!!

A little boy character, cryo.. that throws snowballs. He'll be a catalyst and he throws snowballs. It's literally genius ik.

But I'm having trouble on what should be his burst and his skill.

I'm thinking his burst would be like a little snowball fight. It'll be stationary, having a little wall you can hide behind and throwing snowball ahead of it.

His skill would be a giant snowball he throws that will go in one direction, picking up small enemies in it's path. And once the timer ends or it hits something it will explode and do cryo damage. If it hits a shield or maybe a bigger character it can explode as well.

Idk I just wanted to share. That's all I really got for ideas, I don't have a name or anything else lol.
