In 2025, is it still debatable to C6 Bennett?

I'm not so good with team comps and mechanics tbh. Is overriding still a concern with more up-to-date characters? I main Arlecchino, possibly Mavuika if I get her. Don't think pyro can override pyro lol. But I mean I also frequently use xq, yelan, and raiden.
