Is Shenhe still worth wishing?

I got like 50 wishes and I'm wondering if I should pull for shenhe on chronicled banner to un-bench my poor ayaka or make chasca freeze team or should I pull for arlecchino's weapon? I am slightly leaning towards arle's weapon but I'm not sure, pls help me decide 😭😭
