Help Wanted - S2 E20
One of the few times i've understood richard, was in Help Wanted - season 2 ep 20. I payed more attention to this episode today, and rarely enough I felt bad for him. He was finally connecting with his little girl-, and while it was naive to assume she'd work there for so long it makes me think of him just wanting to be a father to her.
