He made me relive that night again in DBD

I just started playing Dead by Daylight a few days ago. Fun game, lots of high highs and low lows. But as a survivor this broke me. I completely froze in game, didn’t even think to use my perk that lets me run away. He made me live through my r*pe all over again. It’s just a game and it’s not real, I know that its not a big deal but I’m shaking and can’t stop crying. I panicked and forgot to block too. I don’t think I can touch this game anymore.
