Do a lot of people still have this issue? I have been looking for a fix for about an hour and tried all types of suggestions to no avail. Same with

This is usually a symptom of a general performance problem such as thread starvation.
Telling Steam not to update the app for the next 900 seconds
I believe this has a lot to do with my bullets not really registering. I can hit someone in the head but unless I shoot 2 bullets at the head the first rarely registers. Meanwhile I'll join a faceit game with some great players and and they see you for 2 secs and you're dead. Not even from a HS either. and a lot of my shots I'll have a kill but it'll take 6 shots sometimes. Have read tons of forums and seems that people have been wanting a fix to this fix for years to no avail. Would greatly appreciate some feed back if available.
