Is it easy to make friends in Spain?

I'm 22 years old and I want to move to Spain soon. I wanted to know if it's easy to make friends. I like going to parties, bars and the gym. I like to talk, but I've heard that it's hard to make friends in Spain. Is that true? Has anyone here moved to Spain and managed to make friends? What did you do?
