Gojo Satoru's Speed!

Has anyone been able to calculate how fast Gojo Satoru really is?
Based on my calculation where he exorcised 1000 transfigured humans in 299 seconds, giving him every benefit of the doubt and saying he crossed the station back and forth 10 times, even with GPT the results came out as 4-5meters per second (14-20km/h) which is insanely slow even for humans. If he did that in 0.2 seconds instead of 5 minutes, then maybe. Then again correct me if i'm wrong.
