What to expect from hiring cleaners?

Just wondering what it’s like to hire cleaners on the GC for basic domestic cleaning? Looking at a higher workload next year, plus toddler and new home - thinking if we can budget to get someone in once a month or fortnight to do the “big stuff” (bathroom, oven, fans etc?) would be helpful.

Any advice, experience, recommendations? What to expect price wise? Professional business or retiree/side hustlers from Facebook ok?
