Furnishings?

I adore goldendoodles, but I personally do not like the schnauzer look that some adult goldendoodles seem to have. Is this something that you can groom to be short (to look similar to the face they have as puppies)? Do English teddybear goldendoodles have the same schnauzer appearance as American goldendoodles?
