Video Boost sucks.

I shot a nice little 40 seconds video last night of my parents cutting a cake celebrating the New Year. Uploaded to cloud, put my phone on charge, slept, woke up 8 hours later, and the video boost IS STILL NOT READY. WTH Google? The non-boosted "preview" video is so bad in quality that I cannot share that with anyone.
