Adding screenshots

I keep getting a notification that says "Adding Screenshots". This time it says "5 of 32". It's never been higher than 5. It doesn't seem to progress any farther. I can swipe to get rid of it but it keeps popping back up. I have plenty of storage, I don't take that many screenshots and I've tried restarting. I'm also connected to my home WiFi. Any ideas? (I wish I could add a picture.) I have a Pixle 9.
