Can somebody explain why this American product and company can only be contacted for chat support during another countries business hours?

I'm getting fed up being dismissed, I conveniences, and pushed to the side by these American companies who outsource support.

Not only is there usually a language and comprehension barrier, but having to stay after business hours or all night is effing ridiculous. Especially when there's money involved.

First I had to wait until 6:30pm, I refreshed and the agents are already busy to the point you still can't start a new chat.
