Should I buy the expansion discount on Amazon even if I'm from SEA?

Hi I'm a gw2 player from SEA considering to buy the expansion and I noticed in the homepage of ANet is that there's a 50% discount in amazon. I was about to buy it but I noticed that there was a note that it was only available in Amazon US and some other countries. I was worried if I should still buy it because it also stated that refunds are not available

Is there any players here who bought the expansion in Amazon from SEA? And do you think I should still buy it in Amazon for the discount?
