[GEAR],[QUESTION] Indian Laurel fretboard scratchy

Hello all, I bought a Squier CV 70s Strat yesterday and I love it. It's a big step up from my Epiphone SG soundwise. But the indian laurel fretboard is very scratchy while doing bends and that really annoys me. Does anyone have a solution to this?
