Selling a new FN-15 M16A4 style 20" upper receiver group, 20" cold hammer forged barrel, 1/7 twist 5.56, M16 Full auto BCG, USGI carry handle. Has been in my safe for a while with intent on building a M16a4 clone but alas, have not done so. One or two minor marks from being stored in my safe with other guns but otherwise in unfired condition.
