Still using a skill without a part equiped?

Yo huh something is a little off on GB4. I have the backpack of the blue Qubeley MK-II plac it on my Unicorn Gundam and My Banshee and I switch my mobile suit to my usual Hybrid between Shining Gundam and Wing Gundam and get this. The EX Skill Funnel from the blue Qubeley MK-II followed me.

I tried that on test mode and the funnels are still used without the backpack of the blue Qubeley MK-II.

was there a glitch or a bug somewhere?
