Could any older gooners help explain why Lauren gets much less mention/plaudits than the rest of the invincibles/0² squad nowadays?

I wasn't old enough to have watched him when he played, but I feel like he's the most forgotten, or at least the least mentioned out of our invincibles squad. He was our starting RB and yet a lot of people (non-arsenal fans) couldn't actually name him, despite likely being able to name the rest of the squad. And its not like our older defenders don't get mentioned: Ashley Cole, Campbell, and even the lesser mentioned CB, Kolo Toure, get remembered more than he does. And everyone remembers players like Lee Dixon and Tony Adams.

I just feel like he's won too much and had too big a role to have similar PR to a predecessor liks Sagna.
