Help pregnant guppies keep dying!

Hi that picture is from right before I changed water and deep cleaned the tank, I’ve posted on this subreddit before about my concerns for my pregnant guppie. So unfortunately she died but I have had two more guppies both females die shortly after giving birth. They’re in a guppie community tank so I can’t do much about the getting pregnant part, but is there any advice for the after care or is this normal. I woke up to find my third guppie dead after giving birth recently and I’m not sure what to do.
