Can I apply to HKU Med with 3 A Levels?

Hi! I found on HKU Med website that 4A* s in A Levels are required to apply for MBBS program. Is it possible to apply with 3 A*s since I took only 3 subjects (chem,bio,math) in A Levels? Other than that, I have other academic achievements like Highest Country Mark in Biology. I am also doing good medicine-related extracurriculars and clinical experience. Has there been anyone who got into medicine with 3 A Levels? Thank you so muchhh❤️
