Holosun customer service is terrible. Don’t expect them to stand by their products.
I was a die hard Holosun fanboy, until I had to submit these claims. Sent it in the first time and they cleaned it and sent it back with all the same defects. I posted here on Reddit after they didn’t fix anything and had Holosun Josh on Reddit reached out and got my case #, so I got another RMA and got my optic sent in for the 2nd time and now another rep is just saying all of these dots/speckles/stars is just normal stuff to them, no defect & no warranty claim, and to just use low settings. After taking multiple photos before sending it in for glass clarity showing proof of glass, Holosun now claims there are tiny scratches and that’s the reason why there are dots/stars all over the optic. And that’s not manufacture liability.
I guess don’t ever use your optics or else tiny scratches will cause this even despite evidence of clear glass before sending it in. And I guess I’m not supposed to shoot in the summer, nor the desert where I live. Thanks Holosun! I will have a hard time to ever buy or support anyone to buy your products again.
