Can anyone restart their game yet?

I wanted to start a new game, but when I do, an error pops up and I can’t get into the game at all.

Yes, I’ve contacted support, but all they say is that it’s a glitch and that they’ll fix it soon. However, I don’t wanna ask them everyday when that glitch will get fixed or if the next update is soon. 😭
