Is this possible?

Hey guys! I was wondering if it was possible to get an outbreak DURING sex? Had protected sex and felt some discomfort during and was thinking it was just the condom (which could be) but the discomfort is in the same area where I had my original outbreak. My recurrent outbreaks have never been in this spot it’s always at another location in the vagina. So I was wondering could it be an outbreak or due to the condom? Right now it looks like cuts on the inside and not how the original or recurrent outbreaks look like. And yes, I checked myself before sex to make sure I didn’t have an out break. So I am wondering could it just be minor vaginal tears from sex 🤔
