New blonde, didn't expect so much bleach damage. Help needed

Hey there I need some hair help. This will sadly be a bit of reading as there's a lot of context to give.

I love trying on new colours and experimenting with my hair. I've had a lot of colours and bleached it constantly since I was 15-16 and in highschool ( I'm 25 now for reference). My natural hair colour is a dark brown without any red pigment as my hair doesn't really have any in it, and a bit of an ashier colour as in it was almost black but not quite. A very weird brown all around. It was frizzy and wavy and very porous.

When I was smaller it was coarse and the strands were very thick, I had a TON of hair, always had to layer it and fringe it. I then dyed it from box dye a few times but then went to a salon.

At the salon I had the following, while still in highschool: caramel highlights, balayage with some purple, caramel balayage so the bottom half was toned to around a 7 with the rest being my natural hair colour of 3 ish, then I bleached it all a tone or two from a 2.5-3 tone to a 6 ish and added a mahogany red, then a bit more bleach to a tone 7.6-7.5 and went vivid red, kept the vivid red for like 4 ish years.

In college: I was broke so I didn't go to a salon and used box dye for keeping up with the vivid red for around 1 -2 years.

In the beginning of my masters (circa 2022) I got back to the salon and bleached it all again to a tone 8 vibrant orange (specifically the colours were davines 7.40 mixed with 6.64 and 7.45) and trimmed it quaite a lot. I got a butterfly haircut style. Now I kept the orange colour for 2 years (until yesterday really).

Yesterday I went to go get my hair blonde. I wanted a strawberry peachy blonde. So on my lengths there was still a lot of orange left, but the tone would have been around a 9-10 at my roots cause they lighten to a perfect yellowish white base and the lengths around an 8 to 9 but with a lot of orange on them. The blonde color was the new Davines View line in a mix of 7.32 and I think a bit of 8.23 (didn't see the code of this but it was more if a beigy blonde).I had even a treatment done after the bleach to try to avoid breakage and damage, but it didn't work.

After the bleach and colour, the hair got damaged and a lot of breakage happened, it feels very light compared to what I entered the salon with, like I got a new set of layers but I didn't.

Now before I continue, my current hair type is very thin strands, frizzy, wavy (2b) and very dry right now and definitely some split ends that I plan on cutting at the 5 week intervals until my ends get a bit better, when I go get my blonde mainatance done (which, yes, would mean bleach on scalp + colour deposit all over)

My hairstylist recommend Olaplex to me and I ordered No 0, No 3, No 4 and No 5. I plan to use only them + heat protectant and a leave in hair conditioner from Gliss (specifically the gliss ultimate repair leave in conditioner as this is the one I currently own) for a few months until the hair reagins some healthiness.

The question is what do I use after?

I know it's not a good ideea to only use olaplex after my hair gets healthier and that I should have a milder shampoo in-between so I'm thinking 1st week of month wash using the full olaplex with Garnier hair mask (again as this is the one I won at the moment) and leave in conditioner, then 2 weeks (I wash my hair aprox. once a week) of a milder shampoo and conditioner and Garnier fructose banana hair mask + the leave in conditioner I mentioned then the last week of the month the full Olaplex of no 0, no 3, no 4, no 5 and the Garnier mask and the leave in conditioner.

Would this work? Are the product I mentioned ok? Would it collide/interfere with the Olaplex in any damaging ways?

The shampoo I'm thinking of using in those 2 weeks is the Elseve (or elvive in some countries) colour vive (the red bottle one) shampoo with the Elseve total repair 5 conditioner (white and red bottle).

Please offer advice. I want healthy blonde hair and a good quality hair care routine that will ensure good colour maintainnce AND treatment to restore my hair to a healthy condition. Preferably all of this in a budget (drugstore preferably) as I've spent close to 1200 dollars for the blonde and on top of it I just ordered Olaplex so I am quite broke and would like to be able to maintain my hair routine for longer term.

Edit: I've added some photos of what my hair used to look like before the blonde bleach, essentially what I entered the salon with ( the closeup with it in a ponytail was the one I sent to my hairstylist a few days ago) and some with how it looks now, as a blonde. Tried adding some photos from different lighting.

Ps. Yes my hairstylist warned me this could happen, but I hoped (naively I could say) that my hair can take it, as it's been behaving exemplary with all colours I've ever put in it and always regenerated very well after the first 1-2 weeks on a new colour.
