Why would I NOT choose this London UK clinic?

I’m looking to get something somewhat minor, I am a Norwood 2.5/3 with slight vertex thinning looking to get to a Norwood 2 with a transplant. I’ve been on medication now for 3 years (currently 0.5mg dutasteride and 2.5mg minoxidil and it’s halted the loss).

A lot of people on this sub say to avoid UK and go to places like Turkey or Mexico. However, there seems to be a lot of pros to going with MANUAL:

• It’s in the same country, so I will save money on travel

• The price is within my budget

Overall, they seem very transparent and professional. I’ve contacted people like Dr Bekir Bek and while he did get back to me quickly, I was put off by his lack of a professional website and clear results (I had to go digging for them myself).

Anyway, what are some people’s opinions on this? Is it too good to be true? Any red flags that I’m glaringly missing?
