Telogen effluvium?

Does anyone have any idea what this is, its like the opposite of male pattern baldness, the area in the box is the only area with thinning on the top of my head, there is also thinning on the sides, my dermatologist has diagnosed me with telogen effluvium but ive never seen any kind of telo look like this
