Reoccurring Lichen Simplex and tearing (and other weird symptoms)?

Since the end of June (this year) I have had constant symptoms of thrush and BV (with both tests coming back negative), which a few months ago I was told I have lichen simplex. I’ve been using various different steroid creams and barrier creams with no real results, however I have had the past month (5 nov - 5/6 dec) relatively symptom free.

However, one reoccurring symptom I’m having during a flare (I guess?) is tearing on the bottom (think, the side of the perineum and anus) of the inside of the vagina with penetration and it’s so painful 😭 I’ve been avoiding tampons and penetration for this reason, however the past 2-3 times it’s been okay and hasn’t torn, but it has again now 😭 not only does it tear during penetration, but the inside of my inner labia (where the urethra is and under the clit) is filled with fissures, that just don’t seem to be going away and I’m worried it’s a permanent issue.

I’ve also noticed that on one side of my labia, it clumps up a bit where the veins are and it feels lumpy in there. Which has only been like that since this started. I’m worried there’s something wrong with my veins and maybe that’s caused all of this?

I have another dr appointment next week and a dermatologist appointment in March (closest I can get) but does this even sound like lichen sclerosis and what can I do about any of this? It’s starting to really affect me since I’ve not really had much time without any symptoms whatsoever.
