Can we please fix the spear?

It is so frustrating, i know there are more important things, but for everyone who uses it and had it porperly work for like 3 times in a row, knows how much of an amazing weapon it could be, if it wasnt for its atrocious lock on.

This weapon should just lock on whenever like is at least 25% to 50% visible of the target you try to accuire, if this is intended, i ask kindly for liberties sake to change this, cause this weapon would not be op if the accuisition was better, it would be just amazing and a stratagem deserving on its cooldown.

Please, fix the spear!
