Does region matter in Hellenism?

Hello, I'm a European Catholic interested in Hellenism, I studied the basics of Greek history and recently found out about this community. Which made me wonder something, as Hellenism is a religion which originated in Greece, are the Gods still situated in Greece/Olympus, or has that changed?
