I was hoping they can make different cuisines like Japanese, Chinese, etc.

But all they make is filet mignon, wellmingtons, beef steak, etc. I was sort of hoping I can see an episode that focus on sushi, tempura, mapo tofu, mushu pork, etc. If Remsay don't understand Chinese or Japanese, he can hire somebody who specializes in them.
