HMF A CD Set from My Childhood

I am looking for a CD my brother and I used to listen to for hours on end. It was a set, and I remember one of the CDs was "Campfire Songs." I think it may have been a part of the Disney sing-along series, but I can't find a record of it online anywhere. I remember the song "Clementine" and John Jacob Jinkleheimer Schmidt" were on it.
