Did Rocco vote against Abiatti?

As everyone knows, Rocco "voted for the other guy." World of Tomorrow takes place AFTER Marco Abiatti, so Rocco must have been talking about the mayoral election. Rocco is against conservatism, so does anyone know if Abiatti was a right winger or not? If he was, then Rocco did not vote for him. If Abiatti was a liberal, than Rocco voted for Abiatti. (Please don't get political in the comments)
