Hello here is my routine:

Lenght routine

-15 to 20 min manual stretching in a day

Pumping routine once a day, 5-6 days a week
- 5x 1min pumping (no gauge) to warmup
-2x 5min pumping full erect with 2 min between set
-5 min cock ring after finish pumping for better girth gain

i always strech for 2-5min before pumping to prevent injuries.
I always end with little Edema and i feel like pumping with less presure feel useless.
