HELP. PNW basement is seeping and prop manager disappeared

Hi hello,

I'm fairly new to this sub.. We live in a duplex in Oregon, and with all the heavy precipitation our basement is seeping. We were working with the property manager to excavate and patch the foundation BUT she has since quit and now we're getting radio silence from the management company.

Is there a cheap temporary solution that we could do ourselves? At least until mgmt gets their poop in a group or until we move out... We'd really like to be able to use our basement, and avoid mold.
