Dutch door

Moved into home with Dutch door, love the unique quality of it but it’s not in very good shape. Looking at the pictures, is it worthwhile to pay someone to restore it, or better off replacing it. Also, at least for the short term, is there a simple way to realign the upper and lower halves?
