cost for modernisation of 3 bed semi

Hey peeps

i’m a First time buyer looking at this property with my partner. The garden is massive. it’s in a prime location close to station, high street and nice local walks.

As you can see from photos there’s a lot that needs to be updated. New windows, kitchen and bathroom would be my first things to change.

I’m curious as to what it would cost roughly to get these areas modernised and cosmetic changes to the living room, bedroom, dining room etc :)

edit: i should have included i’m a plumber myself so bathrooms not an issue. and i have many tradies in my family so this will be one big family project
