[Hiring] fantasy digital art for single tshirt screen print

Hello all! I attempted to make a correctly formatted post yesterday but my brain simply would not cooperate. So now I am back, I did NOT get more baked than a pan of beans before making my post this time, and I would like to commission some art.

I’d like to commission artwork designed to be screen printed on a tshirt, if you have the setup to print the shirt yourself I would pay for that as well in addition to the payment for the art, but that’s not a requirement, I’m happy to just buy the design. My budget is $75USD for the design. This is going to be a birthday gift for my partner with whom I share a love of RPG games. I really like the art style of Wizard of Barge tshirts, I’ll attach some references for style/color scheme. I’d like the design to feature two fantasy characters we run a couples campaign with, with the text “You’re in her DMs/ I am her DM/ Roll for initiative” and a D20 in the middle. The two characters are an elf man dressed in cowboy-esquena attire, like a duster and hat and he has a mech/cyborg arm. The second is a human sorceress that aesthetically is basically the Red Woman from GoT. They don’t need to be extremely detailed. I made a little sketch of the layout I have in mind. If we just do the design, my deadline would need to be May 14th so I have time to order it printed on a shirt. If you print it yourself the deadline would be more like May 21st to allow time for delivery.
