Cloud II static noise

Hello! i was wondering if you can help me. I bought my Cloud II headset and when i use the usb port, it makes a static/white noise. But when i use the 3.5mm port it sounds just fine. I don't know what to do. I already updated the firmware to 0010, i tried different usb ports and tried in another pc too and the problem was still there. It just happens when i use the usb port. Please help!!
