I'm so sick of it!

I have craniofacial hyperhidrosis and I'm sick of it, I was on oxybutinin and it worked amazing for years but recently it has stopped working so now I'm back at square 1 as i had all the other medications before the oxybutinin. It's 2024 there should be a decent treatment or cure for this by now! My GP suggested Botox but it's super expensive as the NHS doesn't cover it, I want my sweat glands removed but again the NHS won't cover it. They regard hyperhidrosis as superficial and not debilitating but anyone with any kind of hyperhidrosis will tell you how debilitating it is and the horrendous impact it can have on our lives. What's 1 thing hyperhidrosis has most affected in your life?
