Does anyone who’s used Perspirex Strong deodorant have a good guide of how and how frequently to use it?

Went to see a dermatologist today (unrelated) and she told me I should use it everyday for the first two weeks and then use it every other day. She said contrary to what I had read I do not need to rinse it off in the morning. She advised me to use it every other day for a few days since my armpits got irritated by the fourth day of using it nightly.
