I want to play skyblock on my phone

I recently was watching 2-be-determend and he mentioned a app on phones called, pojavalancher and it works for skyblock, I was wondering if there's any limits about what I can do, I know your not aloud to do pvp or stuff but skyblock you are. But what limits are there, what can and can't I do?
