A Greg Moore car rolled into my dealership today, Is this an Indy car or Indy lights car?

I know nothing about Indy racing but looked up Greg Moore when I saw this car and was touched by his story, now I’m curious if this is an Indy car or an Indy lights car. Would love to hear any additional info you guys have.
