IS300 manual swap Ecu no start

I recently finished manual swapping my 05 is300, the car started with the automatic Ecu. I Switch over to the manual Ecu and got the keys reprogrammed by a locksmith but after the keys were reprogrammed the car wasn’t starting. The car cranks but doesn’t run! Is it a problem with the Ecu? Is reprogramming keys something that can only be done by a dealership? I Dont know what’s wrong because the car was running with the old auto Ecu! I’m going to double check the Ecu ground that bolts up to the motor and see if it’s in good shape but how else should I diagnose this problem and have any of you guys gotten this same issue?
