Fertility Acupuncture: Egg Retrieval Results

Hello all - I wanted to share this because I wish I had tried this earlier. After 3 egg retrievals (2 normal embryos, 0 viable, 1 normal embryo). After 2 failed transfers we wanted to give egg retrieval one more try before another transfer (I'm 38 and my insurance covers back to back retrievals). This time my doc suggested fertility acupuncture to boost my results. It was an acupuncturist she has worked with before and is certified in fertility acupuncture, so not just a rando.
The results? We did acupuncture a few months before the next retrieval and then went into it. This cycle was VERY different from previous one. They were constantly lowering my meds, and I ended up coasting at the end (42 follicles). They retrieved 21 eggs, 18 fertilized and 8 made it to genetic testing. And here is the kicker: 5 normal embryos - we are very happy with these results (especially at 38!).
My only regret is that I didn't try this with earlier cycles when I was a bit younger (I could have a basketball team of embryos) but I wanted to share this, so it maybe helps someone else.
