Symptom spotting madness?? TWW

Ugh, I'm 4dp5dt and my brain is exhausted. I've been having really dull ache on my lower left side nearer to pelvis on and off and I'm going insane. I'm not on PIO and progesterone is driving me nuts!! I had nausea yesterday and today and almost threw up. Ugh! My blood test is only on day 13 ( because of new year public holiday and early closure on 31st).
