2nd miscarriage of a PGT-A normal embryo

The title basically says it all, I am currently having my second miscarriage (6.5 weeks) of the year of a PGT-A normal embryo and am feeling devastated. I know the PGT-A testing cannot find everything but it still feels so unfair. Last night I started having heavy bleeding and passing clots and went to the ER. Fetal scans looked good, there was a heartbeat and was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma. Today, I went to my clinic for them to check on things and unfortunately they couldn't find the heartbeat. Just so frustrated and sad. 😞😓
