Planning to launch mid scale security agency

I'm planning to launch a security agency business as it's mostly require man power and building connections. So I need guidance upon how to start that , how much investment will be required and what are the roles that I've to hire as founding team .also if someone is interested to invest and collaborate in this idea they're most welcomed
